Recently, there was a halt to all airtime recharges via bank channels on MTN. Lots of customers were left frustrated as they couldn’t purchase airtime from their various banks to their MTN lines.
MTN quickly apologized for the inconvenience that the action might cause, and promised to deal with the issue as quick as possible.
And now, the good news there is that, MTN has now restored back the service. That is to say that, you can now top up your MTN line via your bank now.

The issue lasted only for a couple of days before it was swiftly rectified by the Telco company.
MTN quickly made the update available via their various media channels.
A message from MTN reads;
Just to attest to this, you can now try recharging your MTN line through your bank.
